The Bernard and Christina McSherry Endowed Internship Support Fund will provide monetary support to students enrolled in the School of Business’ Cooperative Education program with a declared major in Finance or with an internship in the financial services industry. In order to help develop greater diversity in that industry, it is preferred that the recipients of support from this fund will be drawn from NJCU student groups that primarily serve first-generation minority students. It is our hope that through this fund we can take a positive step towards levelling the playing field for students who typically cannot afford to take these vitally important unpaid internships.
