NJCU Athletics holds an important place on the NJCU campus as well as in the community. From our coaching staff, to our academic advisors, the University ensures that student-athletes have all that they need to succeed both on and off the playing fields. And succeed they do! NJCU student-athletes are dedicated to their sport and to their academic careers, and their efforts create an opportunity for the entire community to engage as participants, fans, and friends.

The mission of NJCU Athletics is to field competitive and well-coached teams which represent the University with pride, enthusiasm and loyalty. The goal is to continuously improve not only athletically, but also in the retention and graduation rate of student-athletes so that we can develop the highest degree of excellence for both individuals and teams.
