BEVERLY WALKER

Beverly Walker completed her BS and MS undergraduate and graduate degrees with honors in the Health Sciences Department, in the College of Professional Studies at New Jersey City University (NJCU). She actively participated in numerous campus presentations and activities. As a result of her university contributions, the Department Chair, Dr. Cicero hired Beverly Walker as an adjunct instructor for a course entitled, School Nursing in 1992.  Professor Walker served as part of the Health Sciences Department faculty for twenty five years. During her tenure at the University, Professor Walker shared her knowledge and expertise with countless students and mentored hundreds of school nurses. 

Beverly Walker will be remembered for her commitment to her family, community, and the New Jersey City University students whom she cared and worked so hard for.
